Hackthon is a user-friendly platform developed to simplify the hackathon registration process for individuals and teams. It provides seamless sign-up, payment processing, and team management tools, making participation in hackathons efficient and hassle-free. As Project Manager and Back-End Developer, I led a team of 6 across different regions, overseeing the full development process from UI/UX design to front-end and back-end implementation using Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Laravel. I ensured smooth project execution by fostering communication, keeping the team motivated, and contributing significantly to the back-end development of the registration system.
